Therefore, this paper combined with the needs of Xinjiang Normal University logistics management,design and development of the logistics management system of Xinjiang Normal University.This paper introduces the design and development process of the logistics management system of Xinjiang Normal University. In the second chapter, the key technologies of the system are introduced in detail, and the J2EE, SSH hybrid framework, AngularJS front-end framework,Echarts visualization framework and Oracle Database are introduced. The third chapter is the requirement analysis and system design, introduces the specific needs of the logistics system of Xinjiang Normal University, according to the demand of design related functions, the function modules are login module, system management module, personnel management module, management module, dormitory tube processing module, student information management module and data display module.In addition, on the basis of the overall design, the detailed design of the function iscarried out, and some data table structure of the system is given. The fourth chapter is the elaboration of the realization of power system, explains the system development environment is built, and the development of the use of separation of front-end and back-end development. It not only can improve the efficiency of development, also make the late maintenance becomes very convenient and gives some implementation code and interface display, and also illustrates the realization of the ideas and methods.In the last chapter, the work of the system is summarized, and the problems existing in the system and the improvement of the system are discussed.
