In recent years, with the development of the global economy, the bank is not only facing the domestic commercial banks in the market competition, but also facing the foreign banks of the market competition. In the case that customer demands gradually tend to personalized development, with the continuous establishment of a sound system, higher demands are being placed on management and business development of the bank in a certain extent. Based on its own development trend analysis, the bank should take various of means to adjust and optimize its business operation structure to implement the construction of its asset management system.With the advance of the financial business, the bank puts forward a new demand for the fixed assets such as office and electronic equipment. During the operation of the banking business, the management and investment of fixed assets become much more important. For a long time, because of the influence caused by the uncoordinated development between institution and management system, the contradiction is becoming more and more significant and many problems have been exposed no matter in the physical management or in the investment of fix asset. It is necessary to establish an advanced specialized fixed asset management system under this background. Combined with the system, a complementary and mutually effective supervision institution can be built ultimately, and it can also provide deficient decision-make bases for the managers.The bank fixed assets management system, designed and implemented in this paper, is based on the unique way of management. Its greatest features are simple to operate and easy to run, and it can be fully implemented in any other similar enterprises management.According to the various needs of customers and environmental changes, I take Delphi7.0 as the development tool and select SQLServer2005 as the database during the design process of the system. Delphi7.0 is not only powerful but also visualized. Because the development tool can support database application, it is often used in the process of design and implementation of information management systems. In the process of design, I have finished the asset management, the asset additional information management, the system maintenance and many other functions.
