As a kind of the cultural heritage, the historical monuments are the crystallization of the wisdom of our ancestors, which directly reflects the important process of the development of human society and has the historical, social, technological, economic and aesthetic value; It is an indispensable material evidence for the development of our society. Therefore, It is also the historical foundation of the cultural quality. Beijing,as the capital China and a cultural and historical city, the remaining historic miracles are endlessly counted, and its 3000 years left nearly thirty ancient city sites, which add colors to the brilliant history of Beijing humanities. Mobile media, as the newest fifth media has the media diversification and interactive features, which conveys the profound historical and cultural connotation of the Han Dynasty and Chinese cultural essence of the effective communication and strengthens the attention and understanding of the Han Dynasty City site.Based on the design of mobile media applications and the protection of the sites of Han Dynasty in Beijing city as the research subject, this thesis focuses on the design of mobile media as the research process, combines with the concept, content and characteristics; According to the practice way of the work, this paper designs and produces the application of high culture and the efficiency of information dissemination and social significance to meet the design requirements, and adapts to the development of mobile media; In order to effectively use the form of mobile media, it help Beijing region to protect the site of the Han Dynasty and enhance the cultural connotation of Beijing city.As for the study of innovation, this paper carried out the research and summarized the way and the design of making mobile media application works " Big Site", and summarized the method of protecting the cultural relics of the mobile media applications in the design and production process;From the presentation and the function design, etc., this paper conducts the full range of research and analysis of various elements of the mobile media; So the design method is conclude in accordance with a set of practical work demand theory. This thesis will apply the research and analysis of the results to the specific application of mobile media products in order to prove the feasibility and practical value of the research results in practical ways.Finally, it can be concluded that the design and practice of this thesis and the works about the mobile media application explores a way of using mobile media applications to protect the sites of Beijing Han Dynasty city, which proves to be one of the efficient ways to convey the media information at present,including the site protection in Beijing area, the connotation of cultural relics of the Han Beijing and Chinese traditional cultural heritage protection. Using the mobile media applications to show the cultural heritagecan effectively enhance the efficiency of Chinese cultural information dissemination from the visual angle, strengthen the protection of traditional Chinese culture, heritage and education. Besides, it can enhance the user's interest in the use of mobile media applications,which are full of rich cultural heritage.
