Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's economy,the growing market of FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods),the cost of FMCG sales amount is also rising,the difficulty of the sales business management becomes more and more big,growing Numbers of sales personnel,but in FMCG sales integrated business management process,still there are some "blind Angle" management.How to effectively manage the sales expenses of FMCG products and put these expenses into production has become a difficult problem in the management of FMCG enterprises.Considering the wide application of information technology in various industries,in order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to introduce information technology into the comprehensive management of FMCG sales business,so as to improve the efficiency of cost management with the help of information tools.B/S mode is adopted in this paper to design the overall architecture of FMCG sales business integrated management system.Java language and SSH framework are adopted to design the data transfer,page call,request response and other schemes of FMCG sales business integrated management system.Use MVC architecture to achieve seamless connections between data,pages,logical layers,and data management.Among them,SSH framework refers to Struts2 framework,Hibernate framework and Spring framework,which can realize the transfer and processing of data between databases of FMCG sales business integrated management system.FMCG sales business integrated management system mainly includes six basic functions,which are sales expense management,advertising product management,sales vehicle management,channel expense management,supplier management and return and exchange management.Among them,channel cost management mainly includes contract management,payment management,checkout setting and plan management.Sales expense management mainly includes five basic functions: conference plan management,office lease and contract management,sales payment application and statement inquiry.The advertising product management functions of FMCG sales integrated management system mainly include routine advertising product plan management,special display products,brand strategy and temporary promoters recruitment application.The vehicle management of FMCG sales business integrated management system mainly includes the management of annual review plan,reimbursement and vehicle report management.The return and exchange management of FMCG sales business integrated management system mainly consists of three parts: replacement application,direct return application and statement inquiry.After the FMCG sales business comprehensive management system is put into use,it can effectively improve the work efficiency of the company's sales business comprehensive management,realize the reasonable allocation of sales expenses and maximize its income.
