The Design And Practice Of The Basic Model Of Finance System Based On J2EE Structure

ERP is short for Enterprise resource Planning,it is an information system which counts management accounting as core.It obtains a customer order by identifying and planning the enterprise resources.Completing the processing and delivery,and finally get customer payment.In other words,the ERP integrates all resources within the enterprise together,planning the procurement,production,costs,inventory,distribution,transportation,finance,human resource,so as to achieve the best resources combination,finally to achieve the best results.Enterprise financial management is under certain overall goal,management about the assets purchased(investment),capital financing(financing)and operation of the cash flow(operating funds),and the distribution of profits.You can see from the previous interpretations of enterprise financial management is ERP a subclass,and become an integral part of the ERP.Financial management functions play an important role for enterprises development in production and management.However,there are some functional defects in the financial system developed by original J2EE framework,including function insufficiency,ineffective information process,incompatible with customers'requirements and weak portability.This paper aims to study how to change the traditional way of enterprise's financial management,enhance the efficiency of fund management and operation so as to tackle the problem of incompatibility by adding basic modules of financial system in J2EE framework.In this thesis,four basic modules are designed and implemented based on the functional requirements of enterprise financial management system.The system built on the C/S and B/S hybrid architecture,adopt J2EE three-tier system architecture,with the Eclipse development environment.The four basic modules provide the functions as follows:certificate management,report management,fundamental resource management and user management.The credential management manage the financial vouchers for related functions;The report management generates the enterprise subject balance table,summary tables,related functions such as bank account details,including the query,the summary of the report,query filter,and other functions;The fundamental resource management including maintenance,business card management to enterprise's assets and related documents management,etc.;The user management manage the user of the system,include user add,modify,permissions,and so on.And then,a financial management system has been developed based on the four basic modules.
