Planning And Testing Of Communication Network In Henan Electric Power Region Based On PTN Technology

With the rapid development of power grid, the importance of electric power communication network has been highlighted in recent years, and the speed of construction and development is also getting faster and faster. In order to further enhance the level of power communication network and access capacity, State Grid Henan Information & Telecommunication Company proposed a comprehensive upgrade of Henan electric power communication network based on the "13th Five-Year"(2016-2020) communication development plan of provincial electric power company. According to the actual situation of communication network in Henan electric power region, this thesis ueses PTN technology to plan and test the communication network of Henan electric power region, the project is finally implemented smoothly.This thesis introduces the Henan electric power communication network, the main problems existing in Henan electric power communication network. According to the actual needs of various types of power grid business, the author compiles the service carrying table of regional communication network. Through the analysis of electric power production scheduling business and management information service item by item, this thesis calculates Henan electric power communication network bandwidth needs of the "13th Five-Year" period in all regions, and further clarify the power grid demand for communication network under the new situation. By comparing three kinds of technology, this thesis demonstrates the superiority and feasibility of PTN transmission network. According to the principle of planing and the present situation of the communication network, the scheme planning of PTN communication network in Henan electric power region is completed. After the installation of equipment, the regional PTN network service carrying capacity, business transmission reliability and network protection characteristics is tested, to verify the PTN indicators in line with the requirements. The PTN communication network project of Henan State Grid, fully meet the development of Henan power communication network needs, laid a solid foundation for the safe operation and production of Henan power grid.
