With the rapid development of modern science and technology,compact and repetitive Marx generator is widely used in sewage treatment,stone crushing,material handling and concrete crushing.Marx generator is mainly composed of inductor,high-voltage capacitor,gas switch and so on.Among them,the capacitor is the most commonly used storage method,it is important for us to research charge control method.At present,commonly charging methods of high voltage capacitor are respectively linear,resonant and high frequency constant current charging.The high frequency constant current charging mode has the advantages of high efficiency,high frequency and good stability which are widely used,so this thesis adopts high frequency constant current charging mode.Its topology structure is mainly connected in series,parallel and series parallel,and three topologies have their own advantages in specific circumstances.Copared with the parallel and series parallel resonant converter charging power supply,series resonant charging power supply converter has the strong ability of anti short circuit and low output current,meanwhile,the output current depends on the characteristic impedance of the circuit.So in this thesis,the series resonant converter is used as the topology of the high frequency constant current charging power supply.In order to make the charging power supply has the advantages of constant current,high charging accuracy and good stability,it is necessary to put forward a reliable control strategy for its charging mode.In the charging power supply control system,most power supplies adopt the traditional PID control method for system control,but for high voltage constant current charging power supply,when the system parameters changed,using the traditional PID control method.As the following system is poor,and not meet the basic performance requirements of constant current charging power supply,so this thesis puts forward the intelligent control method of charging power supply based on Marx generator.Firstly,the thesis models for the topology of series resonant converter,introduces three working modes of power charging,and compares their advantages and disadvantages,choose to work in discontinuous current mode,principle and simulation analysis in this mode system.Secondly,for the output current accuracy of the original control system of charging power supply is low,it is difficult to maintain a constant current,the traditional PI control method and fuzzy PI control method is proposed in this thesis,and carries on the design and simulation research on the proposed control method,analysis of its feasibility.Subsequently,a high voltage constant current charging power supply is designed,which can be applied to the compact and repetitive Marx generator charging system.The performance of the power supply voltage can reach 60 kV,the average charge current is 0.34 A,the power is 20 kW,the charge precision is 3%.Finally,the related experiments are carried out to verify the design of the relevant parameters of the high voltage constant current charging power supply based on Marx generator and the correctness of the control scheme.
