A new type charging-power-supply used the zero current switching series-resonant-circuit is studied and analyzed in this paper. When the switching frequency is less then the half of the resonant frequency of the series-resonant-circuit, the switching devices can switch -on or switch -off with zero current. This exhibits high efficient and low EMI. As the result of the switching frequency is higher than the pulse repeat frequency (PRP) of the Radar's transmitter, the high precision of the output voltage can easy achieve, the running of the power supply is silence.The operate principle and control method of the charging-power-supply have been analyzed by details in this paper. Currenly the load of HV power supply are storage-capacitors, the power supply can charge the capacitors with constant output current. The power supply can resist the output short circuit automatic.At last, some specialties of the charging-power-supply used in Radar's transmitter are explained. The charging-power-supply is holding the constant output current even if with the non-zero preliminary staty that proved out by computer simulation. The means of develop the precision of the output voltage is described. |
