The power submarine cable used in the power industry has the characteristics of complex structure,high maintenance difficulty and complex maintenance process.Therefore,with the help of information technology,a scientific and rational submarine cable operation monitoring system for the integration of real-time monitoring,operation and management,defect handling,planning inspection tickets,processing work tickets and other columns essential work has been established.The system greatly reduces the repetition of the workflow,automates the workflow,enables the departments to choose,collaborate,speed up the emergency troubleshooting work and the daily inspection and maintenance work,shorten the fault repair cycle,and turn the communication operator from Cumbersome work in the liberation,to improve the efficiency and level of enterprise management.The main research contents in this thesis are as follows:According to the work involved in the daily operation of the submarine cable as the starting point,in-depth analysis has been made to study a set of on-line monitoring and operation management system to real-time monitoring of cable operating status,integration of routine maintenance troubleshooting and other business processes,develop a submarine cable Operation monitoring system.The system realizes the eight business modules of real-time monitoring,operation management,defect fault management,maintenance plan management,inspection ticket management,work ticket management,resource information management and system maintenance.Firstly,the submarine cable daily operation monitoring system needs analysis,the design and implementation of the system architecture,database,function interface,etc.It shows the effects which the system has achieved.Finally,the system of the various modules of the function and performance need testing,and the analysis of the results.
