With the rapid development and wide application of industrial robots,robot safety functions become more and more important in the automation industry,to ensure the personnel safety in the operation of industrial robot has become the basic requirements of the robot,the robot especially with new safety standards implemented,human-machine cooperation work more and more,how to improve the safety performance of the robot system has become an urgent need to solve practical problems in engineering application.This topic is mainly based on the control system of STEP industrial robots,combined with the current domestic and international standards related to security system security related issues,design and application of industrial robot performance risk analysis of the new method,complete the system security function is improved,at the same time,through theoretical analysis and experimental verification to solve the related problems of system security strategy to stop.First of all,in view of the domestic industrial robot universal security level is not high,the lack of safety design safety standards,safety standards of international and domestic research status and industrial robot in-depth implementation mechanism,risk assessment methods and control measures,to solve some key problems of safety control system design.The design goal and function of robot control system safety requirements.Then,the control system architecture STEP robot based on analysis of safety related function methods and requirements,completed the analysis of options and principle of control system design,safety components,improve the safety performance of the existing robot through the design of system safety circuit,safety and reliability of the hoisting control system of new robot,enhanced product the market competitiveness and further through the relevant safety certification.Finally,the control system of safety circuit industrial robot based on the latest analysis of the strategy to realize safe robot under abnormal conditions to stop function,and then through the method of functional testing and test verification for further safety stop function is studied,and solved the key problems in engineering application,improve safety performance in the actual work of industrial robots.
