Guangxi belongs to strong rainfall area in the south our country and the abrupt rainfall is the direct factor to cause geological disaster such as flood.Facing with the requirements to prevent flood disaster,Guangxi Weather Department demands to add spatial density of automation observation stations,improve data receiving,processing and servicing capability,and enhance rainfall refined and short term forecast.This thesis discusses and analyzes the existed problem in the data flow of Guangxin Automatic Weather Station.Without a unified format standard for data collection in the automatic station,the people for weather forecast cannot develop and utilize the data further.Combined the service requirements with current situation of Guangxi weather application service department,the article develops the front end data collection,data format inspection,data merging package and data quality control system for observation data of auto weather station in the whole region.At the same time,based on data following quality control,it optimizes the operation flow of auto weather station,improves the efficiency of data reception-processing-application in the station,realizes the whole process supervision,thus ensures the people in charge of the service to monitor,watch,statistic and analyze the software operation and data flow conveniently,as well as weather forecast people to make more accurate weather analysis based on easily created data results.Thus it is necessary to design and set up an auto station front end data processing system that can be used in the city,county and district.Based on operation platform of linux system,the system is researched and developed with storage media of Oracle database and precondition of Java technical frame.The full use of its cross-platform features makes cross-platform support achieved on the system.In order to process demands of geometric data growth of the system in the future,multithreading and code-packing building block design are adopted as the core support of the systematic data processing.Aimed at processing contents of different data,four independent threading modules are planned.And each module takes concurrent processing and operation of data collection,format inspection,merge package,updating data and archives on their own data.Efficient multithreading processing mechanism injects quality control of meteorological factor data of classic temperature,wetness,wind and pressure into the system and greatly realizes improvement of processing efficiency at the same time of two critical businesses of data transmission and data local quality control and decoding into the warehouse,which ensures efficient data transmission as well as provide high-reliable and high-practicable real-time data and data safeguarding support for scientific research projects.Systematic threading is mutually independent and code module can be repeatedly used and sealed as connector,which has excellent development and lays foundation for integration of similar business process.
