Design And Implementation Of Office And Training Platform Based On The Unified Interface

Office automation is a comprehensive technology developing at seventy time metaphase, its development direction is that most office operations are implemented in a network environment.The development of OA office system is a comprehensive application of computer technology, network technology, database technology. This paper discusses the development history and development trend of OA system. Through all the process of the construction of the OA and Training System, the paper discussed how to continuously improve of office method, constantly improve the office efficiency, and continuously save office cost by using OA system based on B/S architecture, using scalable system driven by unified authorization service, using business subsystems suitable for different business scenes.The results of system test and trial operation of the system shows that:the correct results completed the basic design of the project, to achieve the design objectives and requirements expected, information processing can meet most part of the business office of Kangbashi new district.
