Design And Realization Of Tianyi Application Guidance Platform In Ningxia Telecom Company

In the era of Mobile Internet,in order to bring customers a better operating experience,relying on the customer contacting in business hall,telecom operators carry out experiential marketing to help 4G era customers correctly understand the intelligent terminals and cell phone data so as to solve the problems encountered by customers while using intelligent terminals as well as guide users to use better applications.Meanwhile,the telecom operators hope to further expand the marketing scene,promote data packages and other business,and enhance the income through operating data.Considering the demand of Ningxia telecom application counseling,this paper designs and achieves Tianyi application platform.Firstly,establish business hall counselor management system.Secondly,provide counselors the application of counseling statistics.Thirdly,account and issue incentives in accordance with the counseling to enhance the enthusiasm of counselors.Tianyi application counseling platform includes counselor management application,mobile application management,user rights management,counseling statistics,platform of accounting and issuing incentives for counseling,module management functions,and so on.The main contents are the follows.I.Related Theoretical Basis that Tianyi Application Counseling Platform Based OnCombining with the real counseling work of Ningxia telecom application,we design Tianyi application counseling platform.We not only achieve the interaction among computer,mobile browser and Tianyi application training platform by using HTTP and B / S architecture but also develop WEB application service through MVC framework.Besides,we achieve user data management and module data management through Oracle system.II.Main Functions of Tianyi Application Counseling PlatformCounselor management application: application counselor account opening,authentication login,account changes(new,delete,disable,restore),password reset,etc.Rights management: rights configuration function of the district company system administrator,organizational structure maintenance of the counselors' application throughout the region,role management of application counselor.Counseling incentive management: accounting the application of counseling,and issuing incentives in accordance with the counseling.Mobile phone APP application management: application maintenance for mainstream mobile phone APP,accounting the pushes.III.Design to Achieve Tianyi Application Counseling PlatformFirstly,design the hardware and operation environment of the platform and deploy the system structure of Tianyi application counseling platform.Then,finish the design of WEB framework,business function module design,database design,and so on.Next,design counseling norms and process related to the application platform.Finally,complete the platform software design,including business management module,logic control module,user page interaction.IV.The Functional Test of Tianyi Application Counseling PlatformThe requirements,such as service implementation,system security,ease of use and UI interface of Tianyi application counseling platform have been analyzed,evaluated and tested.At the same time,the project has been operating in business halls of Ningxia Telecom area,and has been unanimously approved by the application counselor.
