Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)is one kind of programmable logic devices(PLD),with user-programmable,highly integrated,high reliability,etc.As it's wide range of applications for the computer hardware,automotive electronics,internet of things and many other fields,FPGA has evolved from a peripheral chip to become the most important types of programmable logic devices over the last three decades.Anti-fuse FPGA is one-time programmable device(OTP),particularly suitable for aerospace and other fields for it has strong anti-radiation ability attribute to its basic programming structure is Anti-fuse which state can't be reversed after programmed.Therefore,Anti-fuse FPGA is a unique FPGA chip.For a lot of key technical need to be studied,China's anti-fuse FPGA industry is fragile.Routing resources,the basic structure of chip's internal structure interconnection is an important part of the anti-fuse FPGA,has a great influence on the performance and speed of programming anti-fuse chip.Based on the background above,many studies have done for the anti-fuse FPGA routing resources in this article,the main contents of the study are the following aspects.First of all,considered the basic principles of anti-fuse FPGA and manufacturing process,the routing sources divided into horizontal and vertical routing,further combine horizontal and vertical wiring routing into vertical channels and horizontal channels,the structure of the chip consists of routing channel architecture at last.Different circuit sub-modules require different routing source,the routing resources divided into different types to meet the circuit design's needs.Thus,the routing resources divided into five kinds,namely the vertical channel long line,horizontal channel long line,horizontal routing,logic module's input routing and logic module's output routing.Expect the horizontal routing is mainly used for cabling,the other four kinds of routing resources are directly related to the logic modules which are the key to routing design.Routing resources also play an important role in the process of programming test apart from cabling.To improve the structure and the performs of the routing resources,this paper also designed a variety of the auxiliary circuit module for routing resources.As the anti-fuse located in the routing resources,the routing resources compose anti-fuse's programming channel.Different kinds of anti-fuse need unique programming channel cannot only complete the programming process,but also to avoid the emergence of misplaced programming.In addition to the impact of routing resources on the FPGA programming sequence,the design of a reasonable programming sequence.The last chapter describes how could the routing resources are used for pre-coding programming.Through the anti-fuse FPGA development software,the shift register design was programmed into the chip,then detailed analysis of the use of routing resources in this function.
