For a long time, sericulture is the sericulturist’s main sideline source of income. With the development of new rural construction and the drive of socialist market economy, the sericulturist’s silkworm egg quality awareness and economic awareness are increasing. Practice shows that only improving the incubation techniques and strengthening the incubation managements can produce high-quality silkworm eggs.The silkworm egg incubation control is mainly to regulate the incubation rooms’ temperature and humidity in an appropriate range, which provide an optimal growth and development environment. The silkworm egg incubation temperature and humidity control system design adopts the improved control algorithm of PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation).The control system of incubation have effectively made temperature and humidity changes in the room. With the development of science and technology, especially the advances in network technology, the urgent need is a silkworm egg incubation control system with remote monitoring capabilities.so they can effectively do silkworm egg incubation work. The silkworm egg incubation software is developed from the silkworm egg incubation and control system, provides remote monitoring and data preservation.The subject proposes an C/S model pc software system of silkworm egg incubation that is designed and developed with LabWindows/CVI development environment. The pc system software includes four modules:the first part is a serial communication module between the pc system software and the monitor host computer. Which is mainly responsible for the uploading of temperature, humidity and control state information, the download of temperature, humidity set values. The second part is monitoring module of incubation room, this module’s main function is real-time display of the uploaded temperature, humidity and control state information; The third part is the server and client module, the server sends temperature, humidity and control states data to the client. Displaying temperature, humidity and control state information on the client. Basing on the model of C/S (Client/Servicer), this remote monitoring server can communicate with one or more clients; The fourth part is the data management module, which is mainly responsible for the management temperature, humidity and control state information of every incubation rooms.
