With the development of auto-detection technology, communication technology and computer technology, there is a higher requirement on greenhouse control. The silkworm cultivating room as one of the greenhouses has a pivotal role in silkworm production. The cultivating quality of cocoons, directly relates to the output. Therefore, the modern silkworm industry needs of modernization of nurseries.This topic introduces LonWorks fieldbus technology。The main content of the topic is the design of the software and hardware of the temperature and humidity control system. Applied lonworks technology, the topic controls the temperature and humidity of the silkworm cultivation to achieve automatic by actor such as air conditioning, fan, and so on ,based on the fuzzy control algorithm. LonWorks is currently the most popular control network which has stronger communication ability. It supports the ISO/OSI layer model, and is widely used in building automation and home automation, etc. The silkworm cultivation room is a greenhouse system of cultivation, and its control objects are the temperature and humidity which are the large inertia and non-linear variables, and are hard to establish precise mathematical model. In view of this situation, the topic uses the fuzzy control algorithm which is a kind of intelligent control algorithm. The fuzzy control algorithm, to some extent, imitates human thinking and logical reasoning, and makes use of intuition and design experience of human to design the control system which both has systematic theory and plenty of practical application background. It does not need to establish mathematical model of objectives, with fast response and small over-correction, short transition-time etc, which is very suitable for greenhouse control system.This system of temperature-collecting module uses the distributed acquisition modes. That is to say, the multiple devices are connected to the same bar IO online. This can not only improve the IO acquisition accuracy, but also can save the hardware resources of the control chip. Therefore, this topic selects the DS18B20 which is a 1 - wire temperature sensor. Because multiple DS18B20s are articulated in the same IO pin, the search algorithm must be used to obtain the temperature.
