Temperature and humidity are important parameters in the environment,which have an important influence on people's production and life.In industrial production,if temperature and humidity are not controlled,it will have a great impact on the quality of products;in people's living environment,if the indoor temperature and humidity maintained within the scope of inappropriate,it may be causing physical discomfort because the air is too dry and other reasons,which is not conducive to the health of people.Therefore,this paper designs a set of temperature and humidity control system,the realization of the environment temperature and humidity parameters of the control function.First,the paper analyzes the overall demand of temperature and humidity control system,and expounds the design principles of the system.After the selection,the system takes STM32F103VCT6 as the core microprocessor chip,uses AM2301 to collect the temperature and humidity data,and uses the n RF905 wireless transceiver chip to send and receive the data of temperature and humidity.In the aspect of hardware design,the overall design scheme of the system is given.Then,the paper designs the hardware circuit of each function module,including temperature and humidity acquisition circuit,wireless data transmission circuit,relay circuit and alarm circuit.Finally,according to the design steps and basic principles of the PCB circuit,the PCB circuit design of the temperature and humidity control system is carried out.In the aspect of software design,the embedded real-time operating system of?C/OS-II is selected and transplanted on the STM32 platform.Then,the software design of temperature and humidity acquisition,wireless data transmission,keyboard,and so on,realized the basic function of the system.In addition,interface is designed based on the VB6.0 on PC,allowing users to stay at home can observe the temperature and humidity data acquisition nodes.After testing,the system can collect the temperature and humidity data in real time,and transmit the data through the wireless transceiver.When the temperature or humidity exceeds the preset range,the system can start the relevant equipment and alarm and related display.The system not only has stronger applicability and flexibility,but also has thecharacteristics of convenient operation and low cost,so it has higher value of popularization and application.
