Although 3D garment virtual display can simulate the real effect of clothing,it is built by professional designers,and costs expensive.Due to the designers and modeling technicians belong to two different technical aspects,resulting from the design to the final show of the development cycle is relatively long.Currently,in costume design stage,many garment factory design department is still based on the actual needs of customers.Designers need hand-drawn two-dimensional clothing renderings and draw 2D renderings by Photo Shop or Core DRAW.In order to obtain clothing of different fabrics and parts production with the effect of the case,the same renderings is drawn again and again.It is a heavy workload and low efficiency.What is more,the 2D renderings realistic compared to 3D is obviously insufficient.Therefore,it is a hard technical problem for how to improve the 2D virtual clothing display work efficiency and realistic renderings.To solve the above problems,it is based on horizontal issues "set anthropometric,textile fabrics and clothing production design as one of the system development"(2013KJ-124)-for customized clothing display system development,the deformation of fabric texture and shadow technology in garment virtual display are studied,and a customization clothing display system is designed and accomplished.The main research results include:(1)A virtual clothing display approach based on the garment drawing is proposed,researching on business and customer needs.Through analyzing clothing styles and characteristics,combining with database technology and digital image processing technology,a virtual clothing expression program and a technical route are given out.The deformation of fabric texture and shadow technology is the key technologies to reflect the clothing display natural and authentic.(2)The deformation of fabric texture and shadow technology in garment virtual display is studied and in order to achieve realistic fabric texture,a deformation of fabric algorithm which based on cubic bezier curve and a stereo algorithm are proposed.Firstly,regional clothing and apparel edge information is gotton.Secondly,according to the clothing contour trend,cubic bezier curve is drawn by clicking four points.Thirdly,selected regional fabric were deformation based on cubic bezier curve,and then a stereoalgorithm is used.Finally,the final deformation fabrics mapping corresponding region,the garment map renderings is achieved.Fabric texture is consistent with the trends of clothing and simulate three-dimensional visual effect which makes style contour map of the fabric texture more natural and realistic.(3)In order to enhance the two-dimensional display sense of reality,a improved relief algorithm is applied to virtual clothing display.Firstly,the garment map renderings is gotton by copying the light shadow area of its relief image.Secondly,the garment map renderings is obtained by copying the light shadow area of its components relief image.Thirdly,the garment map renderings with visual stereo feeling is attained after the garment map renderings using light edge treatment.Finally,effect of clothing realistic renderings is gained after using the edge smoothing.(4)Based on the above studies,virtual clothing display prototype system is developed by using VS2008,Android,SQL Server2005 as development tools and platform.
