Nowadays,online shopping is very common,but most clothing sales websites only provide the overall style and size of clothing,and the personalized features of clothing cannot meet the individual needs of customers enough.The current online clothing customization system mostly requires users to choose among many styles.Consumers sometimes do not know which one is more suitable for themselves and feel very confused when choosing.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a customized clothing personalized recommendation and virtual display method are proposed in this paper to meet the needs of customers customized personalized clothing.Based on the review of personalized 3d face modelling and 3d clothing virtual display,the Active Appearance Models is used to extract the facial landmark points from frontal facial images.Then the individual 3D face model is reconstructed based on these key points and 3D morphable models.The suit styles can be recommended according to the customer's physical characteristics such as height,face feature and skin color.The personalized recommendation and virtual display system is developed based on the Unity3 D platform.Users can interact with system online,and a selected style and fabric can be displayed instantly in a 3D scene when a customer makes choices on the webpage.The technical and platform support for personalized clothing customization are also provided in this paper.The main research work of this paper includes:(1)The research of 3d face modelling and clothing virtual display technology is analyzed in this paper.The personalized recommendation and customization virtual display system based on the feature of 3D consumer's face is developed.consumer's personalized 3D face reconstruction by using the 3D Morphable Model(3DMM)is proposed.And the virtual display designed solution of clothing recommendation and customized is determined based on the analysis of user's 3D face features,in order to reflect more user personalization elements.(2)The research status and methods of 3D face reconstruction is analyzed in this paper.We adopt the principal component analysis method to reduce the dimension of the point distribution model of the prototype face database.And 68 face feature points are extracted through the active shape model.The general face model shape can turn into the target face model based on the 3DMM algorithm.The Hermite interpolation is used to realize the seamless splicing of the human face and the hindbrain.And the meshed smoothing technology is used to process the spliced transitional surface to obtain the user's 3d head model.(3)Make overall design for personalized clothing recommendation based on the analysis of user's 3D face features.The facial form is computed through maxillofacial index based on the 68 facial point annotations of 3D face reconstruction.The facial texture image is exchanged to the Lab color space,and the average color method is used to obtain skin color information.Body Mass Index was calculated based on Body Mass Index.Using the knowledge representation of production rules,the design knowledge base of the recommended rules for suit styles was organized.According to customer's face shape,skin color,the combination of body shape and clothing season,simulated clothing designer's thinking process,design clothing style and fabric inference tree,to get clothing that matches the user's personal characteristics.(4)Based on the product family DNA garment design theory,the clothing personalized customization and virtual display technology based on DNA components were studied.The suit model is split into basic DNA feature parts,and the overall clothing model is obtained through the combination of each parts.Through the reuse of apparel DNA components,the number of three-dimensional garment modeling is greatly reduced,and network transmission costs are reduced.(5)The clothing personalized recommendation and virtual display prototype system is designed based on Unity3 D,Web and Android platform.The system can generate a customer's 3d head model with their own common camera.and personalized clothing style recommendation according to the customer's physical appearance and other information.Based on the recommended styles,suits' DNA part style and fabrics such as cloth,buttons,yarns can be customized independently,in order to meet the individual needs of customers.
