Laser marking technology constantly updated and developed with rapid development of technology in all directions and widely used in industry,scientific research,national defense and other fields.Because laser marking system is an integrated technology.It includes machinery technology,computer technology,electronic technology,optical technology and so on.Any of the subjects in it appear change will promote transformation of laser marking further update and development.At the present stage,laser technology developed rapidly,the precision of machinery technology continues to improve,the development of computer technology is set off a times boom.In our country,laser marking the Chinese characters is most common.Laser marking in Chinese characters contour used in the field of industrial needs the speed of the system has a very high demand.The main work of this paper is to expand on this specific scene.Firstly,extract the contour from the TrueType font.Chinese characters get contour information according to the Chinese characters code in the computer,including the contour of the vertex information.The extracted information is stored into the specified array,according to the characteristics of TrueType font files and the description of the table contains in,it will be printed to the screen display Chinese characters contour.Select a different font during Chinese characters contour extraction process and get the initial default free travel path.Secondly,according to the specific standard Chinese characters contour laser marking path proposed optimization algorithm,which is mainly based on the micro population algorithm,and ant colony algorithm is embedded in the micro genetic algorithm as the fitness evaluation function.Use the improved micro genetic algorithm to optimize the free travel path.In the whole process of optimization,traditional crossover operator in the genetic algorithm will not be able to solve Chinese characters closed circular contour vertex of the index appears in the cross the population problem.There will be made on the deformation of annular index to solve the intersection problem.Finally,make the Chinese characters of different fonts for contour marking path optimization experiment.Get the final optimization of free travel percentage.The additive experiments use independent micro genetic algorithm plus ant colony algorithm as a comparative experiment and get free travel optimization percentage.The final percentage of two optimization results are compared and analyzed.In addition,experiments and analyses have been done on the fonts of various fonts.The galvanometer scanning marking system is the research platform,in the Visual Studio 2008 software environment with the help of OpenCV vision library,using C++ language to complete the extraction Chinese characters contour,optimization of air travel path and the optimization results.Finally,output results of optimization.
