"Chinese Fever" and "Confucius Institute" launched in China and overseas indicate that Chinese is walking up to the world, and Chinese has become an important choice to learn a second language. Because of the unique nature of Chinese, the foreign learners of the non-Chinese characters cultural circle are extremely difficult to learn Chinese, especially in the Chinese characters. The beginners who study Chinese characters are easy to make a mistake. The difficult situation of teaching Chinese characters has been restricted in Chinese language learning and the Chinese's development of international promotion in the further. In the process of learning Chinese characters, the writing error occurs with some regularity in different initial characteristics of learners.There is no writing samples based on large-scale typo errors in statistical analysis of research results provide guidance for the teaching of Chinese characters and services, which mainly due to that wrongly written Chinese characters in the computer processing (wrongly written Chinese characters'coding, wrongly written Chinese characters'input and output, wrongly written Chinese characters'search and statistics, etc.) still exist many difficulties. The coding problem in wrongly written Chinese characters mainly be represented that the Unicode private user area can not meet the needs of expanding typo and coding typo, and the coding area ranged by users results in coding confusion, so it can not be exchanged and shared. The Chinese characters using the existing variety of methods to input in computer systems are all the characters within standard characters which can not input wrongly written Chinese characters, we can only display the pictures of wrongly written Chinese characters, but can not support the wrongly written Chinese characters'searching and statistics. Therefore, the lack of coding schemes and effective input management compliance with international standards on wrongly written Chinese characters are major obstacles in effectively dealing with wrongly written Chinese characters information.In order to effectively solve the issues of computer processing in wrongly written Chinese characters, this paper will focus on performing the following aspects:(1) The paper has analyzed the research production of wrongly written Chinese characters classified in the field of Chinese language teaching, established a wrongly written Chinese characters classifying formula which is suitable for computer processing and with accordance to Characters information.(2) According to the characteristics of Chinese characters and international standards of Unicode, the paper has established a wrongly written Chinese characters coding scheme which is based on the correct characters and can be expanded on the area, and use the Ideographic Variation Sequences as the coding scheme of wrongly written Chinese characters. This program makes wrongly written Chinese characters coding to be unified into the framework of international standards for coding, and associated with the correct characters in coding levels, it also can effectively express and manage large-scale wrongly written Chinese characters.(3) Using OpenType font technology, the paper has achieved the IVS Intelligent mode of wrongly written Chinese characters encoding scheme. And using professional font production tool, the paper designed and completed an OpenType font with a number of wrongly written Chinese characters of standard typeface of Chinese, so wrongly written Chinese characters can be established in computer processing like the correct ones. Wrongly written Chinese characters can also be displayed and searched in notepad and other software like the correct ones.(4) Based on the above wrongly written Chinese characters coding scheme and OpenType font, the paper has designed and implemented an easy-input plug-in toolkit for Office that oriented to teaching and researching. Users can use this tool to put wrongly written Chinese characters into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other software. This input method greatly improves the inputting speed, and it is more convenient and easier for non-professionals compared with the Internal Code input method.The above results of this work are effectively solved the problems in wrongly written Chinese characters' inputting and outputting, retrieval management and sharing, and established a foundation for wrongly written Chinese characters'quantitative analysis which based on large-scale writing samples. The results also can be used in various other areas that need to handle the wrongly written Chinese characters, such as various types of evaluations in writing Chinese characters, Chinese character teaching system, papers on Chinese characters teaching and others. The results have important practical significance both in theoretical research on Chinese characters education and teaching practice. In addition, these results can be further extended to handle some special characters problems such as the ancient variants, the oracle bone inscriptions, the folk combined-characters and the other. It will play a supplementary role in the research of Chinese history and culture.
