Design And Implementation Of Centralized Pipeline Resource Management System For A Telecommunications Company

With the rapid growing of new technology and communication services,the management and planning of communication network resources are growing towards the direction of centralization,network and intelligence.Pipeline resource is the basic resource of communication network,and how to manage it effectively and maximize its efficiency is a serious challenge for telecom enterprises to improve their operation and maintenance capabilities.The article designed and implemented a Centralized pipeline resource management system which based on browser/server architecture.The management system is upgrade for a company's existing pipeline resource system.It is Combined with the business and market development at present design and implementation,which aims at solving the existing pipeline resource management system's problems and to achieve the rational allocation of resources and effective utilization of pipeline resource.First,this paper introduces the background of pipeline resources management system.the trend of resource management and development of pipeline technology at home and abroad are analyzed and studied,combined with the current telecom company introduced a variety of management problems in the pipeline resource management process and elaborated the research significance of this article.Then this paper introduces the key technology for the design of this study related to the related,mainly including the WebGIS platform ArcGIS Server,REST and Dojo technology platform are introduced.Secondly,this paper from the actual situation of existing pipeline resource management system point of view,in technology,economy and operation and other aspects of the feasibility of the system,and the system function demand analysis and non functional requirements,determine the scope of system‘s management and support of the object,and points out that the system in the A technically desirable goal.Then,this paper introduces focuses on the design process of the system,expounds the design ideas of the system's overall architecture,network topology and database,and on the basis of the results of system analysis,by way of example,from the business function,data structure,system interface,interface operation and process control,exception handling and other aspects of the system the detailed design of thesystem;then,from control system development environment Eclipse,SVN code,database structures,map development tools and code realization introduces the realization process of the system;then it introduces the system configuration and test environment,test methods,and formulate the relevant test cases,on the part of function the system is tested in.Finally comprehensive summary of the project research and development work.Shortages of the design process and the results obtained in the research and development projects were evaluated.Put forward their own ideas on the future development of the pipeline resource management system growing and follow-up.At present,the design and implemented of Centralized Pipeline Resource Management System has been working in a Telecom company.With prove of the system's testing and working statue,the system working fine and achieved the design requirements,to achieve the goal of building the system.
