Pulse technology as the basis of modern electronic technology,started in the 20 th century,40 years,with the development of high-power semiconductor-driven technology,pulse constant current source in the industrial,military,testing and other fields are widely used,and play a very important role.The advanced nature of high-performance pulse generation technology is mainly determined by the accuracy,amplitude,fast edge,parameter adjustable ability of signal generation.This paper introduces a high current pulse signal source implementation,and through the hardware circuit debugging,and ultimately developed a pulse output current amplitude 0-10 A adjustable pulse width 0-99.99 ms adjustable output accuracy of less than 5%,Overshoot less than 5%,the rise time is less than 30 us and stable operation of the high current pulse signal source.The design of the production of high-current pulse signal source device using voltage control of the current way,by controlling the high-power MOSFET off,to achieve a large pulse current output.The system consists of power supply module,front panel,pulse current generation circuit and measurement and display circuit composed of four parts.Wherein the power supply module provides the power supply voltage required for normal operation of the whole system.The pulse current generating module can output the pulse current according to the technical requirement of the front panel parameter,and the measurement and display module completes the pulse at both ends of the DUT Waveform parameters are measured and displayed in real time on the digital tube.In this paper,the background and development status of the high current pulse signal source are discussed.Then,the whole structure of the high current pulse signal source device is briefly introduced,and the key to the output pulse current Technology for analysis.Then the pulse current generation circuit,measurement and display circuit in the functional unit circuit principle in detail.Then,the debugging process of the hardware circuit is introduced,the test data of each function circuit is given,and the solution is given to analyze the problems encountered in the debugging process.Finally,the production of high-current pulse signal source prototype is completed,and the output performance of the prototype is tested.The innovation of this paper is as follows: 1.The design scheme of positive and negative compensation and differential compensation circuit is proposed,which can improve the output pulse current without rising the quality of the output pulse.2,through the pulse current superposition output method and the combined output method of two programs to achieve a large pulse current output,and to enhance the stability of the system to achieve the purpose.
