The pulsed electric field is applied to the high precision isotope analysis(the two time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry)is a promising technology,this paper proposed a high voltage nanosecond with classic Marx generator and solid-state semiconductor devices pulse source design.Through the improvement of the classical Marx generator,this paper proposes a distributed diode isolation type solid-state Marx generator topology,spark gap switch with new semiconductor switching devices Power MOSFET instead of the unipolar Marx generator as the core,through the compression of energy,to achieve a nanosecond square pulse of unipolar output.The main goal of this paper is to meet the output pulse when the deflection plate pulsed steep and narrow pulse width,high frequency,nearly rectangular wave requirements.Therefore,based on the actual needs of the project background,how to design a high voltage pulse generator with reasonable topology,realize the rising edge of the output voltage waveform is steep,and maintain the stability of the rectangular output waveform is the focus of this thesis,the main research work of this thesis is in the following:(1)The topology of high voltage pulse generator is selected,and the topology of distributed diode isolation all solid state semiconductor Marx generator is put forward.From the charging stage and discharge stage,the theoretical modeling and analysis are carried out.(2)The solid Marx generator based on theoretical analysis,the influence of key factors of steep pulse high voltage,through the study on power MOSFET discharge switch turn-on characteristics,to speed up the method of single discharge switch turn-on of the key factors influencing the steep rising edge of the high-voltage pulse using modeling and simulation.(3)Based on the theoretical analysis mentioned above,the hardware module of all solid state Marx generator is designed according to the module thought.(4)Complete the whole machine making and building test system platform.Through the comparative research method,the unit module is tested practically to verify the feasibility and superiority of the design.Finally,the field application test is carried out.
