Currently E-business are developing rapidly.The account of employee who work for this industry is increasing.The business of customer management is inducing,which make the work load heavier and harder.The proportion of the account of business and employee is out-of-balance,which impacts the quality and efficiency seriously.And with the deep reformation of e-business in our country,it requires to intelligently process customer management to realize modernization.It has been an inevitable trend to make customer management informatized.After dedicated on the work of e-business customer management,I'd set the overall target and the following design idea.Then give out the suitable database design and part of the implements on the basis of the system infrastructure.Besides,the article describe the key technique.The system implements the system control,registered customer profile management,order searching,data processing,access management,feedback management,OA and inventory management,etc,.The system uses J2 EE to make the development more simplifier.And the with this technique,the program is more maintainable,flexible.The design and implement of the system employs 3 level architecture which is good for the following extends and make it easier to be operated.SqlServer database is combined with J2 EE,by which the operation becomes more and more easier and effective.In safety aspect,it employs data backup,anti-virus periodically,etc,to make the data information more safety and reliable.Finally according to the test result,it can realize the requirements and index which are set at the beginning of the system design.
