Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Of International Information Exchange System

Along with the progress of the implementation of the internationalization strategy,the enterprise has been the rapid development of international business.Foreign exchange and cooperation of enterprises are more and more frequent,to bring the huge pressure to the foreign business enterprise work,causes the enterprise to management work more hard.Combined with the status of a large enterprise management abroad,this paper adopts the technology of software engineering,design and developthe enterprise international communication information system based on J2EE.Firstly,this paper research and analysis to management of large enterprises of the actual business situation,elaborated the enterprise international exchange of information system development goal,significance,domestic and foreign research and development status of information system.Then,based on the idea of software engineering,this paper describes the system development technology and development platform etc..In the system requirements analysis process,according to the enterprise international management,this paper divides the system into a variety of roles,and the overall function of the system analysis,the system is divided into management abroad,International Conference on management,meeting management and to China at the invitation of foreign affairs management and other functions.At the same time,the performance and feasibility analysis of the enterprises in the international exchange of information system are described.In the system design stage,according to the requirement analysis,this paper adopted three layer framework based on MVC,describes and analyses the design scheme of the system,the framework of international exchange of information design the function module and database design.In the system implementation and testing process,according to the division of system functions,to achieve the various functional modules of the system are described by interface and code.At present,the international exchange system of the enterprise has been running on the line.The system is based on J2EE development platform,the system design is based on B/S mode,using MVC framework design,system database using SQL Server 2008 database.The system functions include abroad,International Conference on management,meeting management and to China at the invitation of foreign affairs management and other functions.Standardized management,the implementation of the system will promote the enterprise of foreign affairs service dynamic management and whole process management,improve staff quality and work efficiency,optimize the approval process,to meet the business affairs of business management system and operation mechanism of the demand.
