J2EE-based International Survey And Study Abroad Certification System

Nowadays,domestic universities pay more and more attention to international exchanges and cooperation in running schools.With the rapid development of Internet technology,the China Association for International Exchange of Education needs a platform to support the work related to internationalization.This thesis uses popular technology to develop a J2EE-based international survey and overseas study certification platform,coordinates the cooperation of relevant departments,and completes the international questionnaire and overseas study certification report in real time through online Internet.Finally,the index system and information database of internationalization of higher education in China will be established,which will provide useful reference for further opening up of education in the new period.According to the requirement of China International Association for Educational Exchange,this thesis carries out customized development.Through the investigation of universities in Xi'an,we can understand the specific process of internationalization of universities,determine the goal and demand of the system construction,use the emerging Internet technology,determine the mode of B/S development,use the most popular Java language as programming language,choose Tomcat as Web server,MySQL as database server.The front-end uses Bootstrap,JQuery and DataTables framework,which has a concise and beautiful design and good compatibility.The back-end development uses three frameworks,Spring,SpringMVC and Mybaits,which are based on MVC development mode,to facilitate the maintenance and management of subsequent developers.The system is divided into four kinds of users: institutions of higher learning,expert users,provincial administrators and super administrators.The core functions of the user module of colleges and universities are international questionnaire survey and declaration of overseas study certification.The function of the expert user module is to evaluate colleges and universities and ensure the quality of overseas study certification.The provincial administrator user is responsible for managing the progress of the Provincial International survey.The function of the super administrator module is mainly to check the progress of filling out the national questionnaire,verify data and statistics.The main work and innovations of this platform include:1.Following the policy,supported by the statistical data of the international survey system,the overseas study certification system promotes the development of excellent university statistics,and constructs a dual platform to support the China Association for International Exchange of Education.2.Analyse the internationalization questionnaire and all the indicators of study abroad certification,open different rights for users,cooperate with internationalization work,coordinate the work of various departments,and speed up the internationalization process.3.Perfect data filling verification,Association restriction,error conflict detection to ensure data accuracy and system security.4.Strengthen the background and use popular technology to establish the information database and document database of higher education internationalization indicators.5.Visual analysis of data sets,integration of databases,analysis of international trends and current situation.The use of this platform greatly improves the efficiency of internationalization of higher education in China.Every year,through the data collected systematically,questionnaires of national universities are published to promote university cooperation and the promulgation of national policies.With the continuous optimization of the system,higher value will be embodied in the field of internationalization of higher education and overseas study certification in the future.
