For oct real estate group,in the daily sales of real estate exists in a variety of financial information,including paper information,payment information,arrears information,agency fees,etc.,need to use special financial management system to classify the information processing,meet the needs of the business system,to standardize the financial management content of oct real estate group.Based on the above work content,design the financial management information platform,network architecture is made of C/S network architecture,specific application Server using IIS to run the deployment,daily user to access system,interact with the user,and is responsible for the presented to the user interface using.NET technology development,system background database information is stored using SQL Server 2008 database,through the ADO.NET framework and system logic code data business interaction,to complete the development of the system function modules,including financial management,paper management,payment management,etc,so as to meet the demand of the company's financial management.At present,the company dedicated financial management system,the design and implementation of the whole system function module has been deployed,after testing the overall function module is in line with the needs of users,the follow-up in the overall optimization and the system database design of the link to improve the interactivity between the system function module.
