Logistics informatization is continuing to develop at a high speed in China.However,the small and medium-sized enterprises are still insufficient in the integration of logistics information resources and the application of related technologies in logistics information.Warehouse management is very important in the whole circulation process of logistics.However,most of the existing warehouses are in manual or semi-automatic management during the management process.There are many problems,such as difficult to check the change of materials in and out of the warehouse,difficult to locate and allocate personnel,forklifts and goods.In order to improve the efficiency of logistics warehouses and reduce logistics costs,the latest technology of Internet of things is studied and analyzed,and the warehouse information management system based on internet of things is developed.First of all,the paper analyzes the requirements of the storage information management system in detail,and designs the overall architecture of the system based on the three-tier architecture model of the internet of things.In view of the difficulty in checking the change of materials in and out of the warehouse,the deployment scheme of RFID data collection system is designed.In the scheme,RFID tags are pasted on the pallet in and out of the warehouse,and the information of pallet tags in and out of the warehouse is collected in batches by RFID readers,so as to improve the checking method and reduce the checking difficulty.At the same time,the system functions are divided into five parts: system management,material management,warehouse management,in and out management and indoor positioning,and the function sequence diagram of the main function modules is designed.Then,the concept and logic design of database are carried out.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and comparing the localization process and accuracy of the traditional location fingerprint indoor localization algorithm,the DFCM(fuzzy c-means of adaptive density peak)clustering algorithm is proposed to optimize the traditional location fingerprint localization algorithm.In the scheme,DFCM region division algorithm is used to divide the location fingerprint database,which reduces the complexity of location matching.At the same time,the algorithm before and after optimization is compared with the experimental data,which verifies that the algorithm after optimization has higher accuracy,and is suitable for the indoor positioning module of the system to solve the problem of material positioning in the warehouse.Finally,on the basis of traditional warehouse information management system,using RFID technology as the key point of product identification and information collection,using JavaEE's SSM(spring+ springmvc+ mybatis)framework to realize the warehouse information management system based on the internet of things,and testing and running in a military science and technology company's warehouse,verified that the system can accurately and efficiently obtain the information of goods and location.It reduces the problems of checking errors and difficult positioning and allocation caused by material changes.At the same time,it effectively reduces the repeated work in the warehouse management,improves the work efficiency,saves the cost,and finally realizes the information management of the whole operation process of the warehouse information management system,such as the automatic identification,access,positioning and allocation of goods.
