With the increase of China's GDP,electric power industry plays a more and more important role in the national economy,more and more attention is paid on the reliability and safety of electric industry.However,terrible accidents such as deaths and large-scale blackout are often caused by illegal homework and brutal construction of large-scale construction equipments.So it is important to strengthen supervision on construction safety and security measures.In this paper,the hardware structures,working principles,strengths and weaknesses of some alarm devices near high voltage in use are introduced.A new kind of alarm device based on static induction is proposed.Electric field built by high voltage on transmission lines can induct electric potential signals on the sensors.After data-processing,those signals can be used to trigger alarm when the device is too closed to the high voltage transmission line.The alarm device near high voltage based on static induction has a high reliability even used on both unloaded and charging lines.After tested outdoors in a high voltage laboratory under 10,35,110,220 kV,the thresholds of this alarm device under different voltages were obtained.The results of field tests are quite good,and both the signal transmission distance and sensitivity meet the requirements.The alarm device in this paper can precisely measure the distance between the transmission line and manipulator.What's more,measures can be automatically taken to avoid accidents.Research on the alarm device is meaningful to decrease the accident rate and improve the reliability of power network.
