Along with the development and progress of the international commodity economy and information technology,the dependence of human society for the data information technology reached an unprecedented height.Especially in recent years,with the advent of the internet,cloud computing,and the internet of things,all the traditional industries are carrying out information technology revolution.Therefore,the AIDC technology is becoming an important subject affecting the modern society information technology revolution.Barcode automatic recognition technology is widely used in various industries,because of the high accuracy,the fast recognition speed,and the low cost.First,through studying a lot of information,this paper introduced the development history of barcode technology and the research status of recognition devices,and analyzed the common structural features and encoding rules,and described the principles of recognition device.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the one-dimensional barcode signal,three kinds of algorithm for pre-processing,edge detection algorithm,decoding algorithm and calibration algorithm were put forward,and formed the software solution of the barcode recognition technology.Then,designed the hardware platform of barcode recognition based on STM32,that the barcode optical signal was acquired through the linear CCD and multi-piece lens optical system,and then converted into electrical signal.After the amplifier and filter circuit,the signal was input to the ADC pin of STM32,and ultimately barcode content was decoded and output.Finally,completed the static black-box testing and dynamic wheel testing,and the results proved that the scan engine had excellent decoding performance,and the hardware and software scheme was effective and feasible.
