Engine assembly process as the important part in the process of manufacturing production,can produce a large number of real-time data information in the actual operation,accompanied by the demands for information analysis and implementation of information interaction.There are a wide range of equipment,multi-source assembly process information,lack of real-time response to information and lack of reliable information systems and other issues during an engine assembly process.In this dissertation,based on the above problems,making the data mining of the engine assembly process as the main research content,through to the study of assembly process,CPS and data mining methods,build the assembly process of data mining system based on the CPS.The main contents include the following sections:Firstly,the characteristics of the engine assembly process and the information types of the assembly process are analyzed.The concepts and characteristics of the CPS and the relationship with the Internet of things are explained.The basic logic unit and structure of the CPS are described.The design method of information node of assembly process system based on CPS and the design idea of assembly process system based on CPS are given.Secondly,the method of data mining is studied,and the FP-Tree algorithm in the association rule data mining method is selected as the system data processing method according to the system requirements.At the same time,Weka software is used as the realization way of this algorithm.Finally,an engine assembly line is taken as an example.According to the system configuration,expansibility and visualization requirements,the data mining system of assembly process based on CPS is constructed by using FTPC platform and SQL database.The function module of the system is introduced to realize the practical research use.
