Yutong Company Business Process Analysis System Based On Process Of Intelligent Building

With the further development of enterprise informatization construction, more and more companies are not satisfied with the data from individual business systems, but pay more attention to the understanding of business process between different systems. However, most companies have not really evaluated and diagnosed their business processes after they implemented the process management and control with the workflow software. Therefore, the enterprise manager can not find the bottlenecks of business process, not to mention the optimization which violated the original intention of business process management. The problem will be readily solved if the business intelligence technology which has the advantage of data processing, anglicizing and mining is applied to.Firstly, the current situation and existing problems of business process management platform are introduced. The necessity of constructing the Intelligentized Business Process Analysis System is defined. Based on it, the major function about Visualization Analysis of Data and Intelligent Decision of system is analyzed. Further more, the structure with the Important components of the system is analyzed and the subsystem including Data Warehouse Management, Process Data Analytical Analysis and Behavior Analysis of Business Process is designed. The key point in the paper is to discuss the course of On-Line Analytical Processing based on data warehouse and the application of predicting process cycle with the technology of Decision Tree combined with a specific process case. Finally, the prospect on system application is discussed when summarizing the shortage of system.
