The "smart factory" and "intelligent production" become the two major development themes with the introduction of Industry 4.0,the traditional industry is being subjected to an automated and intelligent change.The project has designed a mobile robot for material conveying based on laser and visual navigation.Based on the pre-finished project design,this paper is optimized for the mechanical and control system of the mobile robot,which makes the performance more perfect,the reliability of the robot is higher,and a series of experimental verification is carried out.In view of the need of automated flexible production line,this paper designs and realizes the system integration of mobile robot for material conveying and intelligent production line.Firstly,in the part of mechanical system,the vertical damping mechanism is designed and installed and the MATLAB simulation model of the vertical damping mechanism is established to carry on the parameter debugging,in order to optimize the design and experiment verification of the vertical damping mechanism,to reduce the vibration of the mobile robot during the running process,to provide a stable and reliable working environment for the sensors.Other way,in the part of control system,the design and development of manual wireless remote control module to achieve the robot's remote manual control;increase the touch screen display content and operational functions to improve the human-computer interaction experience;improve the accuracy of motion control algorithm to optimize the robot acceleration and deceleration curve.Finally,in the part of system integration of the mobile robot and intelligent production line,this paper designs the wireless scheduling process between PLC to PLC,to achieve wireless communication between the Siemens PLC,and an actual application to the mobile robot.The preparation of intelligent production line system management of the host computer software to achieve the on-line monitoring and playback of the workshop,mobile robots in the workshop driving routes,production real-time reporting and preservation.On the basis of infrared navigation,the design of steering and ultrasonic obstruction program is order to achieve the mobile robots be stop when encountering an obstacle,for the possibility of unmanned operation of the mobile robot in the intelligent production line.
