| As a key component of the National Defense Mobilization, War Material Scheduling and Conveying is a major content of modern war. It greatly affects the process and the result of the war. Furthermore, it is also a key element of the information technology construction and research for National Defense Mobilization.Based on an introduction of the global construction planning of the National Defense Mobilization, the model of the War Material Distributing and Conveying is studied. First, the problem of War Material Scheduling and Conveying is divided into two sub problems: scheduling of the war material and conveying of the war material. With the help of the Hopfield neural network-based model of War Material Scheduling, a material distribution project from material suppliers to consumers is proposed. And by the genetic algorithms-based War Material Conveying Model, the vehicle schedule and route plan is solved in the condition of the known material schedule project and certain constraint.Continuous Hopfield neural network is different from the traditional optimum calculation algorithm and the numerical iterative search algorithm. It provides a more efficient method to implement the optimum algorithm. An experiment is presented in this paper, which proves that the method of Hopfield neural network can efficiently solve the problem of war material scheduling and conveying in large scale. Furthermore, with a high convergence rate, the Hopfield neural network algorithm is an ideal one to obtain optimal solutions.The coding scheme of war material scheduling and conveying based on the genetic network algorithm is effective. Fitness functions also have good adaptability, especially the fitness functions including time penalty factor can well meet the demand of the time-and-efficient in war material conveyance. The genetic algorithm can take full advantage of its characteristics of stochastic optimization, which greatly reduce the complexity of modeling. The experiments presented in this paper prove the feasibility of the method which can solve the problem of war material conveyance efficiently and get ideal optimization solutions. |
