The Design And Implement Of Distance Learning And Management System For Primary And Junior School Teachers' Further Education

Distance education for primary and junior school teachers'further education meets the requirement of the situation, it is also a need for the educational organizations and teachers. Therefore, it is essential to set up distance learning and management system for primary and junior school teachers'further education."Teachers Post Professional Training Implement Details", which released by Zhangjiagang bureau of education, advocated the distance education. Under such circumstances, this project committed to do the distance learning for primary and junior school teachers and the research and development of the management system.This paper based on the practical needs of Jiangjiagang's further education, evaluated the educational situation, elaborated the modern studying theory and distance educational theory.
