Design And Implementation Of Software Project Management System For Lingbei Mechanical And Electrical Company

The development of Information technology and network technology accelerates the process of enterprise informationization construction.The effectiveness of information technology software project management can directly affect the project completion in accordance with the scheduled cost,schedule and quality.The main problem the system to solve is how to establish a quick and practical system to manage and maintain all of the company IT software systems,monitor all of the projects' progress,ensure the effect of the projects,ensure the quality of the final delivery,and provide the basis for the subsequent maintenance and development work.This paper discusses the whole development process of the enterprise IT software project management system,and the choice of technology is described,including the J2EE architecture,Dorado middleware,SSH frames,Oracle database technology,etc.Using UML for system modeling,the paper focuses on the analysis,design and implementation of some modules of the IT software project management system,including project basic infomation management module,project approval management module,project integrated management module,my workbench module,project board module and system management module,etc.The use of Dorado for information system development and SSH frame technology is studied.After testing and trial operation,the IT software project management system has met the following standards including simple operation,data integrity,process specifications,etc.It implements the enterprise IT software project's goal and plays a significant role in facilitating the management and improving work efficiency.
