| With the rapid development of informatizationand networking in recent twenty years, the project management system appears in front of people, whichapplies to specification and standardizationproject management with the help of compute.Now, studies on basic project management have been relatively mature, and many good generic project management systems have been developed at home and abroad, such as Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project and other more. However,procedure in these project management systems is too rigid and lengthy to meet the small and medium real estate companies’ flexible and simple needs.In order to meet small and medium size real estate enterprises’ needs, this paper independently design and implement a streamlined real estate ERP system, which was designed to address the core issue of real estate business concern.The system includes project basic information management, project node and schedule management, project budget and funds management, project customer / supplier management, quality inspection management, user account management and other modules.It can help project management team effectively to meet the real-time needs of controlling the project progress and funding for the timely prediction project risk,through the normalized and shareddata.The system is a B/S web system. It is based on MVC architecture and factory design pattern, and implemented by the Struts2, Spring, i BATIS and EXTJS technologies. With these technologies, good practicality, ease of use, stability and scalability have become the guarantee of the system.At present, the system has begun trial. The trial result shows that the project management subsystem accords with the design requirements, and has been unanimously praised by customers. |
