With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the scale of industrial production has been gradually expanded,human has been unable to meet the demand,the increasing reliance on automation equipment in industrial production,the equipment reliability requirements are also constantly improving.Distributed control system controller is the core of the entire system,is mainly responsible for data processing and control algorithm running,its performance directly affects the reliability of the entire system.At present,the demand of the distributed control system in domestic market is very large,so it is of great value to improve the performance of the controller's operational capability and communication rate.In this context,based on the research of the distributed control system,according to the specific functional requirements,put forward a design scheme of distributed control system controller based on ARM,and completed the specific circuit design.The controller is mainly composed of several modules,including two-machine decision module,CAN field bus communication module,Ethernet communication module,memory module,calendar clock module,power module,etc.The controller system designed in this paper is composed of two subcontrollers with identical hardware configuration.The two sub-controllers work in master-slave mode.Controller system to achieve and monitor the host computer's Ethernet communications,and field devices CAN bus communication,but also to run and store control algorithms.In order to improve the reliability of the system,in addition to the controller system for double hot standby design,the Ethernet communication network and CAN field bus communication network is also done redundant processing.Between the controller and the supervisory control level computer is the ethernet correspondence,the correspondence ethernet by two parallel ethernet network constitution,each may complete the independent communication work.Controller and field devices through the CAN bus communication network communication,CAN bus communication network consists of dual CAN ring communication network structure,the above approach effectively improve the reliability of system communication.It can be drawn in the detailed circuit design that the design of ARM-based distributed control system controller is feasible.
