The Design And Implementation Of Stores Ordering System For Simply The Group

In order to improve corporation's informatization,manage and gather statistics of raw material(including beverage,expendable consumed product,and food material,etc.)cost in chain stores,collect order and receiving data,avoid omissions,prepare for the supply system which is about to launch,also let chain stores to be familiar with system environment,we developed a chain store ordering&supplying system based on the actual situation of Simply The Group's.This system standardized the ordering&supplying operation of chain stores,avoided omissions in storage and reduced labor force of storage management,improved resource allocation of the company.The thesis focuses on the design and development of an order system for retail stores from the two aspects-business process standardization and the software system development,aiming to meet the demand of refined management in Simply The Group.Based on.Net data dissemination technology,this system adopts B/S structure,using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 development tools,C#language and sets SQL Server 2008 R2 as the database.The system has build a general structure of the chain catering enterprises retail store order system,which makes retail store order management as the core,data platform as its support and raw material storage settings,store order,storage and delivery,reception in store,warehouse check report as the main line.The system also realizes the standardization,informatization and scientization of order work in retail stores.It also applies service-oriented architecture(SOA),defining a well-defined service boundary and contract within service to make information interaction,through which the enterprise can extend or update the existing service system according to the actual situation to further meet new business needs.At first,the thesis have introduces the project background and the order status of Simply The Group,analysis the meaning and the target of the Group ordering system,meanwhile gives the thesis structure arrangement.And then,the thesis introduces the relevant technology of system using;the system analysis part,it introduces specific function and system development environment firstly,then combed the warehouse set up raw material process,ordering process,storage and delivery process,the receiving process and data of storage inquire report process.The system design part,firstly introduces the whole design,then specific introduces from the server design and database design,at last part,it design and display for the database structure.At the part of system implementation,first introduces the database connection,login,ordering,shipping,receiving,check report and the realization of basic functions,then introduces the implementation of each module and key technologies.The system test chapter introduces the principle of software testing and process,carries on the order time validation and the system testing of order/receiving limit function,and then puts forth the test results.Finally,this thesis summarizes the work and speculates the prospect of the following work.
