Research On The Performance Evaluation Standardization Design Of The Local Broadcast Media In The Background Of Media Convergence

Thispaper based on the characteristics and development trends of broadcast media in the background of media convergence as well as its current situation of performance management,combined with the theories and methods of performance management,using the full collection of information to analyze the problem of low degree of standardization and the causes,such as assessment score contains affective factors,difficult to quantify the assessment index.Referred to management science and economics theory,according to the PDCA cycle and standardization process,elaborated the assessment objectives,assessment methods,assessment process,etc..In order to obtain standardized design and strategy to resolve the problem,proposed performance appraisal system,standardizing the process design ideas.Using balanced scorecard and key performance indicators,to build a performance evaluation index standardized design path matches broadcast media strategy in the media internal assessment from the local reality.Do the standardized weight design to performance evaluation index in Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),with typical local broadcast media examples.We hope that through this research,We hope that through this research to design a scientific and rational,practical operation and strong standardized performance appraisal system for local broadcast media.Improve norms,validity of broadcast media management,and promote the development of the broadcasting industry.
