Customers are the most precious resource for the company. However, how to manage the customers and dig out the deep value from them? They become difficulties for cmpanies facing by managers. Our company,Yunnan Zhuolian Engineering Consulting co. Ltd, is not an exception considering these problems, our company makes deep analysis and design for the need of customers information management, according to the company's business need.The essay introduces the researching backgrounds, meaning of projects, present research and applying situations of our company customers information management. And it explains the contents and major work in our company; In the business analysis, this essay analyzes the problems existing in the system, organizationg, original business process system and give the corrected process system; In the function analysis, the essay explicits the function of system by using case analysis, case description and gives us the overall function of package diagram and subfunction of package diagram, including business information management, project management, customer service, decision analysis, system management and so on. In the data analysis, the essay analyzes the function of system which need to deal with,and gives us the entity relationship diagram and set up the database architecture; In the end, this essay concludes what we did at the analysis and design work, and makes an expection for future.
