Optimization Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System In Vocational Colleges Based On Digital Campus

The Party and the state attach great importance to the modernization of education,and have issued a number of documents and policies to promote the development of educational information in the new era.Now some vocational colleges begin to improve the construction of software and hardware.Taking Zaozhuang Vocational College as an example,the school has also purchased,introduced or independently developed some digital management systems and applied them to daily work.However,the functions of the system are single,relatively independent and the data formats are different,forming "information islands",which can not meet the needs of the growing development of schools.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to design and develop a modern educational administration system which is scientific,standardized,efficient,advanced and practical based on digital campus and Internet.Based on the research and analysis of the existing educational administration system in most colleges and universities,combined with the actual work needs and problems found,this paper puts forward the top-level design of the educational administration system in Vocational Colleges under the background of digital campus.Based on J2 EE platform,the main code is developed by Java programming language and server-side Java technology(such as EJBs,Servlet,JSP,JNDI,JDBC and RMI).It has comprehensive functions,easy operation and high security.The research determines that Nginx load balancing technology,modular configuration,caching,dynamic and static web page separation and other optimization schemes can solve the problem of concurrent access in the centralized period of the educational administration system.Finally,through testing and verifying the basic functions and performance of the system,the design objectives and requirements are achieved,the information,intellectualization and standardization of educational administration are realized,the labor burden is reduced,the reform of educational administration is promoted,the working efficiency and level are gradually improved,and the overall school-running ability,teaching quality and efficiency are continuously improved.
