In view of the great safety measures in the process of artificial climbing in China,the safety of human can only be ensured by self-controlling the hanging of safety rope during climbing.According to the information at home and abroad has publicly,there is no automatic straight ladder climbing device,usually by the top back seat belt pulley set safety rope or used to measure way is more,there is great potential safety hazard.This study is based on two 247-meter-high chimney in baosteel power plant at the top of the aviation lights repaired change projects on a regular basis,in the climb a ladder up operations,is the first workers to climb up cannot get effective protection,can only rely on their own ability to climb,if workers at that time the exhaustion or mistakes in the process of climbing,it is easy to cause people to fall accident.This paper studies the purpose is to design an automatic,reliable,applicable most straight ladder of straight ladder climbing robot,through the thorough investigation of on the spot,designed a servo motor,drive screw,heterosexual ticked off the top of the main parts,has realized automatic straight ladder climbing robot.On this basis,the stress analysis of its key components is carried out,and the control system design is carried out,and the product of climbing robot is made,and has been applied in the field.The robot can realize automatic 250 ㎜ start climbing ~ 450 ㎜ straight ladder,and can realize bearing 600 ㎏,able to provide security for subsequent climb personnel.Combining theory with practice,this paper analyzes the force of the new structure.Through the research of climbing robot,this paper provides a basis for the new structure of climbing robot.
