Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In Electric Power Design Institute

With the rapid development of electric power market and technology infor mation,the traditional way of of fice management does no longer fit our curr ent situation.It is low in ef ficiency,unsystematic,and waste of resource if we continue to use the paper-based management method to deal with increasing business tr affic.Therefore,when we think of today,when everybody is promoting environmental protection,we do need to establish a systematically automatic office manage system that fits the bes t in our case to replace the legacy file process mode.Firstly,this thesis introd uces the current status of Office Automation System(OA)within and outside of the country.It has become very popular to use B/S m ode for OA system design and developm ent,which prevents people from keeping updating the software and also enhances the ability of c ooperative office.The OA system this article talks about is based on B/S infrastructu re,XHTML UI standard.It uses VS2008,SVN1.6 management software.As for language s,the system uses.NET infrastructure based C# and Orable11 g to store the data.Secondly,it talks about the objective of this project,and then gives the requirement analysis.This article mainly uses case diagrams to illustrate functional requirements,and for non-functional requirem ents,it talk s about the safety,maintainability and reliance of the module.When it comes to the design plan,this article first describes the overall system design,which includes three la yers structures,sequence chart of eac h module,database design,etc.Next it discusses the detail ed design and implementation.The article illustrates how to use the func tional module diagram to design details,and further how to use those details to find the best solution.What is more,it talks about OA software design which is base d on ASP.NET platform,and slices out each individual module specifically,which helps the system pass all unit testing and can be run stably.This OA system includes File Receivi ng,Send File,Internal Mem o,Conference Management,Internal Car Use,Loan,and Reimbursement module.It works well so far within the organization and has provided us with paperless office management.It also helps to improve work efficiency and helps us to abandon the old way that has been used for a long tim e.Recently,we have de veloped the mobile app for rem ote workers and in the future,we will in tegrate more software onto this platf orm to make it even further convenient and easy for people to manage their work.
