Through the analysis of the11185air ticket business proeess of Guangdong Post Group, it proposes the design proposal of the11185air ticket management information system and focuses on the specific analysis and functional realization of each module in the development proeess of the system.The paper mainly completed the demand analysis and overall funetional design of11185air ticket management information system, including system prototype build, system architecture, database selection, and the choice of development methodology. And it completed the design of functions, including the functional design of six modules such as system management module, basic data management module, customer management module, the order management module, statistieal analysis module and the system interface module.The11185air ticket management system of Guangdong Post had a trial run in Guangdong Post Group on August1,2011, passed the test smoothly and achieved a good effect of use, especially in the National Day and Spring Festival golden week, the realization of the efficient and stable operation of the system.
