Abstract/Summary:
Urban pipe network is an important part of urban construction,and it is closely related to people’s livelihood such as urban water supply,gas supply,heating,electricity,communication,public transportation,logistics distribution and disaster prevention.However,the urban pipe network management is facing many problems,such as imperfect management mechanism of the urban pipe network,the phenomenon of multiple management,and the non-standard construction of urban road excavation and underground pipelines.Taking advantages of multiuser GeoDatabase,the new spatial data storage model provided by ArcSDE,and with B / S and C / S multi-layer distributed technology,this article establishes an underground pipeline integrated management information system which focused on data update,pipeline management.According to the requirements of underground pipelines planning and construction departments,underground pipelines ownership units and underground pipeline data management departments,the underground pipeline integrated management information system contains three subsystems: one aimed at data management which is based on C/S,one is AutoCAD based,and the last one is a B/S subsystem.Through the cooperation of three subsystems,the underground pipeline integrated management information system meets the requirements of data collection and storage of underground pipeline completion data,digitalization of underground pipeline,intelligent management,pipeline ownership units and urban construction,planning and other departments of the data-sharing needs.Underground pipeline integrated management system and the application of underground pipeline database would eliminate unnecessary on-site investigation,promote efficiency for urban underground pipeline planning,dynamic tracking,and pipeline accident warnings,which makes contributions to social security and economics.
