The Design And Implementation Of Data Supervision System For Urban Underground Pipeline

Building supervision and management systems is an important reform in our country's construction field. And it's also the result of implementing Reform and opening up, utilizing the foreign investment and enlarging the international exchanges. Since the pilot stage began in 1998, we have made great achievements, especially in controlling the quality of construction, cost, and duration. Its status in engineering construction has gone up a lot and we are promoting it in other fields. The system which based on computers and network can accelerate our country's engineering construction supervision and management systems'transformation to the socialized, specialized and standardized management pattern.The supervision and management systems developed for this time have eight major functions, including basic operation on data, management, positioning, searching for information, design for data graph, piping layout, assistance analysis and system configurations. The system which based on MyEclipse put up the development platform of SSH framework integrated with J2EE system. It applies the MVC design and SVG technology can realize the function of system module together with a good access verification mechanism to ensure the safety of page visiting.The passage is mainly discussing how the practice based on construction of supervision and management works. We design and implement operation of data supervision and management system. The main contribution of the passage including: propose design ideas of data supervision and management systems of pipe network ground on knowledge rules trough analyzing the existing problems in the system, in the light of the practice of the system and apply methods of software engineering the analysis of system demand in details, provide the system framework design and main functional module design based on system analysis. So that we can know the system's main functional modules work.In the data supervision and management systems of urban underground pipe network, the creation of graphic pipeline documents is the core content. The character of the system is the combination of computer technology, WEBGIS technology and computer aided drafting technique so that the graphic data of pipeline can have direct access to the underground pipeline management information system through format conversion.And the quality of graphic data is improved at large.
