Analysis And Design Of A Mobile Phone User Billing Systems

According to the status of Some region's mobile phone users,a complete mobile phone billing system was designed in order to meet the demand of communication operation.Considering the behavior of China's mobile phone users and business analysis and integrating the existing mainstream architecture model,this paper established the billing system modeling,designed the carrying capacity and system structure of the mobile phone billing system.This paper was based on the foundation of the mobile communication,started from the use-pattern and chargeback model of mobile communication,analyzed the necessary basic function and business process,and established the five basic functional domains: customer management,production management,charging pricing,billing settlement and credit control.This paper accomplished the customer modeling of the mobile phone billing system by analyzing the existing customer segment and management mode of the mobile communication;achieved the production modeling and billing model by analyzing the way of promotion and paying for the existing business of the mobile phone billing;completed the modeling for the settlement and credit control process of the mobile phone billing system by analyzing the life cycle of the mobile phone users and the whole mobile communication;and finished the detailed design of data structure,business process and processing logic in each functional domain in the end.In the whole design process,this paper always uphold the principle of combining with the existing mobile communication,analyzed and optimized the existing design scheme by comparing with the reality mobile phone billing business,monitored the business process and processing logic of the existing design scheme,and established the optimal design scheme adapted to actual demand of the mobile communication finally.From the perspective of the mobile communication operations,the mobile phone billing system property in practical use and system requirements,this paper conduct validation and test in term of the system property,data integrity,process correctness and expandability.The paper also demonstrated the realistic-usability ofthe mobile phone billing system,the merit and demerit of the system frame and property,and proposed suggestions on the improvement and optimization.This paper aimed at making this system can offer the billing support and unified management for all the daily behavior of the mobile phone users,improving the operation competency.
