Scientific research embodies comprehensive university strength, with low scientific research in the beginning of the Oxbridge College, in recent years, scientific research performance has become the core content of performance-related, which of great importance in wages, professional titles, excellent selection. The system is not unified between departments, difficult to achieve unified management. Because the system is not compatible, the low efficient management for the entire college, on the other hand it can not achieve global control.Under certain requirements, combined with the scientific research management system, we identified system architecture design, the design based on SSH(Struts,Spring, Hibernate) architecture. With the design of SSH architecture, the system meets the needs of performance, stability, function and so on. It not only realizes the separation of all views, controllers and models, but also achieve the separation of scientific research management business layer and persistence layer.The Oxbridge College of Kunming Science and Technology system development arounds scientific research process, mainly includes: teacher's data-entry services,scientific research information check process.Basing on the needs analysis of the scientific research management information system, system architecture design,function design, and the UML, SQL technologies and other tools to achieve scientific management, and solving the existing problems of scientific research management in Oxbridge College.(1) System requirements analysis. To understand the scientific research management needs of each department, so as to clarify the needs of teachers in scientific research are: data entry papers, patents, fund projects, a total of four categories of data on input requirements; school management requirements are:scientific data audit, modify, delete, bulletin information management, management authority and distribution a total of three categories of demand. In the aspect of non functional requirements, mainly reflect in the safety and stability of the system operation.(2) System design. In the system architecture design uses the B/S framework for the development of network access. Detailed design of the system basing on demand analysis uses a detailed description of the timing diagram in the software engineering of the specific function of the system and the development of language is J2 EE.(3) System implementation. Referring to the various departments in the existing system and realization of interface design, the system framework and other aspects of the experience design.(4) System test. During the Oxbridge College Scientific Research Management System test, scientific project management, personnel management, scientific research management functions runs well, test indicators have reached the Oxbridge College scientific research personnel and scientific management for the demand of the system and achieved the goal of the system design.Through the above four aspects work, this paper solves the problems of three aspects in the management of scientific research work: researchers can save and find research information easy; different departments' information check runs well;scientific research information system management reached uniformity and regularity.
